Somatic Open Day Workshop - free event

You’re invited to a new edition of my Free Somatic Workshop with two new dates until the end of the year!

This is your chance to come and experience what is SOMATIC work, learn to listen to your body, hear your messages and tap into your ability to feel others much beyond what you think is possible. I will share the magic of this practice and how much it can help you to:

• Get out of your head

• Become fully present in your body 

• Enjoy the pleasure of having a body

• Tune-in with your intuition

• Feel others accurately

• Receive your own guidance 

• Gain clarity over life situations

Together we will move and play to connect to our bodies, by ourselves and with others. In a safe container where you’re welcome just as you are.

At the end of the evening, one participant gets the chance to join a short demo session. If you’ve been curious about somatic work and feel ready to take the steps towards shifting your life, this workshop is the perfect first step. If you’re already a client, it’s also a chance to invite your close ones to experience for themselves the work you’ve been exploring.
