Somatic Open Day Workshop - free event

Step into somatic work and discover how much wisdom your body holds.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided through self-practices and partner exchanges that bring you to a deeper connection with yourself.

One participant will have the opportunity to volunteer for a live demo session and receive my personal guidance and touch, while the group witnesses how somatic work can open new pathways to transformation.

If you’ve been curious about somatic work and feel ready to take the steps towards shifting your life, this workshop is the perfect first step. If you’re already a client, it’s also a chance to invite your close ones to experience for themselves the work you’ve been exploring.
